That was so not six weeks.

I mean, I guess if I think about stuff that we did at the beginning of the summer, it seems like a really long ass time ago. But at the same time, it doesn't feel like I've been here for a total of six weeks. I think someone stole my summer.

Anyway, I'm chillun in a hotel room with my mother for the time being. Got a couple things to do tomorrow before we leave, and then I get on a plane home at 7 tomorrow night, which means I get into Fairbanks at about 1:30 on Tuesday morning. I MIGHT show up at the fair on Tuesday, but the more I think about it the more I'm not so sure about that. Mostly I think I'm just going to be depressed for the rest of my life about neverever seeing people I met here again. Or at least not seeing them for like, another year. I'm going to miss Chinatown lighters and rice cakes and parks and exacto knives and exacto-blade ninja stars and cowboy and danny the ninja and sewing and Sublime ringtones and the beach and falling asleep to Sean's reggae music in rooms full of mattresses.

BUT I guess it will be good to be home. I'm just really not feeling this part in between where I have to hang out with my mother all the time. ALTHOUGH today I finally got to go to the MOMA, since I was with people that weren't broke for once, and it was just as amazing as I thought it would be. Also, my mom took me to the cheesecake factory for lunch today, and that was amazing as well. There are perks to having parents around. Namely, they buy me things.

Man, I keep looking up at myself in this mirror hanging above the computer and being really surprised at my sunburn/tan. It's turning into more of a tan, now, I think, but it's also starting to peel. I s'pose this is what I get for spending a day at great america with no sunscreen. /whiteness.

AND NOW I think it's time for me to go repack and see if I can fit any more shit into my suitcase or something, so that my mother dearest can use her computer. (It's the only one with internet because the internet in this hotel is apparently impossible to use.) See you guys in a couple of days.

Sooooo...I'm in San Francisco, and have recently finished unpacking. Up until a few minutes ago I was under the impression that I was without a roommate, since my name was on the door and hers was not, but then as I was leaving to go to Urban Outfitters (which I have not done yet), there was a knock on my door and there she was! So that's cool, I guess? I felt kind of antisocial and weird not having a roommate, but I'm sure it would have been nice. She seemed nice, from what I gathered, but that was not much, admittedly.

ALSO my mother left today, which is okay because she annoys me a lot sometimes, and on the other hand, not especially desirable because I still have orientation stuff to go to and I don't want to go by myself. =\ Also not especially desirable because she left because she could buy me stuff from Urban Outfitters. Now that, I consider a loss.

Anyway, they got new macs, here in the dorms, which is cool because last year they had really shitty computers down here, and even the fact that these are macs is outweighed by how much better these ones are. HOWEVER hopefully I will not be using them often - I just have yet to figure out the username and password required for me to use the WiFi they have.

OH I know this will mean nothing to anyone but perhaps Ashley, but CHUPO IS HERE. :D:D:D Yesterday when I was checking in I didn't see him anywhere, and I thought he wasn't here this year or something, but I came downstairs and there he was! /happy.

Anyway, it is about 15 minutes to 4, so I'm either going to walk down to Urban Outfitters and try not to spend ALL my money, or I'm going to hang around here some more and act awkward trying to make friends or something. o_o

I miss you all, I promise. <3

As of yesterday, I have exactly one month before I leave for San Francisco again. How exciting!

in more current news, Doctor Who is amazing, and, having finished the second season, I am desperately downloading episodes of season three. It's official, I'm hooked.

And that is pretty much what I've been doing for the past two days. I've spent two thirds of my summer so far watching Doctor Who. I guess saturday I did things. Went to a track meet, went flying, went to clucking blossom for a little while. Speaking of which, Clucking Blossom was cool. 8th grade english teachers with pink leggings and peacock feathers in their hair are always cool. As are strange men that NEVER STOP DANCING. Srsly, like, music stopped, people are like, talking onstage, and he's still going. Right now, he is probably still dancing. It would not surprise me in the slightest. God, I love hippies.

Anyway, thaaaaat's about all I have to say. I'm off to eat spaghetti now.

I'm sad that it wasn't at my house, but I think it all kind of worked out in the end. Probably better than it would have been here.

My dad washed my wallet this weekend. Luckily nothing in it was like, important slips of paper or anything. I'm also kind of glad it's made out of duct tape, since it's all waterproof and stuff and didn't take long to dry out.

Today was also good because I had jelly beans.
It's been a long time since I updated.

School's fine. I love my classes, love my teachers, lovelovelovelovelove. Yay for junior year.

In more interesting news...I've finished moving all my stuff from my old bedroom into the big huge bedroom at the back of the house. (For those of you that have ever been to my house.) It's probably about twice the size my old room was, and even bigger feeling now that all the furniture that's not mine isn't in it anymore. Unfortunately, all my crap is still piled like a mountain in the middle of the room on the couch. ><

AND I just watched the first episode ever of Project Runway. Which means...
HEY ASHLEY! I FINALLY KNOW WHO DANIEL FRANCO IS!
Aren't you proud of me? =D
I still have to find a torrent for the second season though, so I can be all excited that you met Santino.

I think that's all. I'm off to bed now. G'night!

So. I haven't actually updated since I got home. *shrug* I guess I just didn't feel the need to. Most of you have seen me at this point, I think. I've been at the fair 3 out of 4 days, I think I've seen just about everyone I know in this town.

Speaking of which, the fair has been cool. As good as it ever is, despite the fact that they took the octopus away. :( The one ride I liked, and it's gone. But the food is as good as ever. Pretzels especially. n_n God those things are good.

Other than that...nothing very exciting has happened recently. Ben left this morning, that's kind of lame. Oh, and so did the crazy alcoholic freind of my parents that's been staying with us. I can't say I'm too sorry about that, though. He just sort of planted himself on our couch and watched movies all the time. And he snored really loud. REALLY loud. Like, yelling, almost.

Anyways. The other thing would be that school starts in...two weeks, and I've got a crapload of reading and APUSH and stuff to do before then. *stresses* I might just have to lock myself in my room for a couple days and work nonstop. I think that will wait until after the fair is over, though. Yay for procrastination?

So...yesterday was....not the greatest. I mean. It wasn't a terrible day, but it also wasn't as good as every day should be now that we only have like a day left.

By the way, that's fucking depressing. As much as I'm excited to come home and see my freinds and everybody...I really like it here. Especially since I made so many freinds just like, last week. I don't want to leave yet. It doesn't even feel like we've been here six weeks. I think they lied, and we've only been here like 3 weeks. That'd be cool. Although...I dunno. It'll be good to be home, too.

Which leads me to the reason yesterday was not so good. There's so much freaking drama. Especially with Shae and Stevie. But of course, it's all over boys, and I don't even know WHY, because 1) we're leaving this weekend, and 2) Both of the guys there's drama over like someone completely different, and it's completely obvious. *rolls eyes*

Whatever. I'm just annoyed because they're going to end up ruining the last couple days we have here.

Anyways, today had better be awesome. I wish it would be like, drama free, but that's not going to happen. Ah, well. I suppose I'll live.

I'll be home by Monday. :)

Ah, so yesterday was AWESOME. Went to Six Flags with Shae, Stevie, Josh, Lorenzo, and Scott. Went on rides. Got WET. Like three times. And had some kettle corn and dippin' dots. :D:D:D And got even more sunburned/tan than I already was, which made my tan lines even more defined than they were after Warped Tour. Honestly. It's rediculous.

Anyways, then we went back to the dorms and waited for everybody to change and stuff because all our clothes were still wet, and then went out for Shae's 17th birthday dinner! Mmmm, thai food. Stopped by the little drugstore place to get Ben & Jerry's, and then went back to Molly's dorm and hung out until the boys had to go back to their dorm, at which point I returned to my room and passed out.

All in all, a very good day. Of course, then I woke up this morning, had to go to 180 and print stuff out, etc, and realized that we only have ONE DAY LEFT. And I got very sad. *sigh* It's so very unfortunate that I waited until like, the last week to make tons of freinds.

So now I'm waiting for Erica to get back with a board so I can mount my ad for Greece, because she cut up the one I bought for her fashion board. In the meantime, I'm going to go check on what time I have to catch a bus to Townsend.
Adios!

So, you ask, why am I still here? Because Kevin is not back yet, and he is in possession of my spraymount adhesive. Which I'll be needing when I get the ads I'm using printed out, and the boards I have to spray them to.

Ah, well, it's not like I'm in a hurry or anything. I have 40 minutes to take the elevator up three floors, and nothing else to do in that time period. Oh, except for maybe go get food in the basement. Whee! Maybe I'll go do that, and come back, because I think they close at 3. *runs off*

Okay. I'm back. And Bixby's here too! ...I'm not sure what to say though.
Ah, I'm in the Mac Lab. I'm waiting for Stevie and Amanda to be done with their homework so we can go back to the dorms and watch some movie that Stevie really likes, apparently. And I can do more homework. ><

Anyway, I'm supposed to get my hair cut at 9 tomorrow morning. I'M SO NERVOUS. But the guy that's doing it sent me this like, reminder email yesterday that said something like "Well, usually the price for models is reduced from $80 to $15 dollars, but since your hair is so perfect for what I'm doing, I wouldn't mind covering that cost at all." So basically, I'm getting an $80 haircut for free, which is pretty fuggin awesome.

In other news, I've finally made freinds with people who do things on a regular basis. (No offense, Ashley, but you know you never do anything.) It's kind of nice to like, go do things with other people a lot. Except for of course the fact that I met them all JUST as I got tons of homework. >< That pretty much sucks. But I've got all my homework for tomorrow done. And after that it's all fashion homework. Which isn't that bad, because the part I hate most about fashion is drawing croquis, and I'm mostly done with that. And after that, it's just laying stuff on a big board. I hope it all fits. =\

Also, I really hate drawing hands.

Alright, I think I'll go let them know I'm done now.
